if i open spiral knights it was written :folder [...] is deleted or moved
i only install newest java and now i can't run the game

Greetings,
This is likely caused by Oracle changing how it handles the Java installation directory. Please try following these steps to restore the launcher link so Spiral Knights can launch. I'm assuming that you are using 64-bit Windows in these instructions.
1) Download and install the most recent Java version from java.com
2) Right-click the link from the Desktop or Start Menu that you normally use to launch Spiral Knights.
3) Select Properties from the menu.
4) In the new window type the following exactly as it appears into the "Target" field.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_45\bin\javaw.exe" -jar getdown-pro.jar .
5) Click OK to save the changes
Try launching Spiral Knights now to see if it works.
Please note that if a the current version from Java.com is not "Version 8 Update 45" then the file path will be wrong. Please check your Java folder for the correct path name.
