Damage buff to non status monsters

Im here because I feel like monsters that deal no status have no love at all. Because they deal the same amount of damage as the other monsters in its family with a status they are considered the weakest of the bunch. I thought maybe we can give the same treatment to those wolvers, kats, devilites etc. like we gave to the alchemers and brandishes where one wep doesnt deal a status, but in return deals more damage on every monster there is. OOO do this!

Hmm...

I say, that instead of them getting a dammage boost, they should get a chance to go into berserk mode after their health goes down half way where they can receive no flinch, 50% resist on all status and get a 50% attack boost. I feel that would be cooler.

Statusless monsters actually have extra health in comparison to status monsters, but since we don't really care about how many hits it takes we don't really notice it.

Extra damage might be kinda cool, but statusless monsters that do status-attacks typically deal stun instead. Perhaps statusless monsters could, instead of dealing extra damage, have a low chance to randomly lower one stat for a while. Like, DEF down for 15 seconds, ATK down for 15 seconds, SPD down for 15 seconds. Would make them more threatening for sure.

When did this happen? Statusless monsters had the same amount of health as status monsters back when I gathered enemy health after the UI update.

May be passing down false information

I remember hearing it through the grapevine in the past and could've sworn I actually read it on the Wiki somewhere as well, but alas I can't direct you any specific direction.

If they currently do not have extra health, then that's something that I believe would help. I would think that any update to health (i.e. battle sprite update and difficulty levels) might have changed my memory to be correct.
