@Fscq First of all, you have
@Fscq First of all, you have to be logged in to your account.
Scroll to the top of the page and find the Search Bar. Directly to the left of the Search Bar you will find words that say Forum Preferences; click on those words.
A new page will open that will show the words "My Account". Directly underneath those words look for the Edit tab and click on that. That will bring you to another page displaying all the avatars you can choose from for these forums. Click on the one you like, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click on the Save button.
If you've done this correctly, the avatar you picked should be displayed right above your name in all of your posts and in your "My account" screen.

Probably because your offer is unreasonably low.
Sorry, I don't know about this kind of thing. According to its wiki page, you can sometimes buy it from a Featured Auction.
As far as buying it from another player, that kind of thing goes in the Bazaar forum. You will have better luck there. So consider moving this thread (by editing the original post and choosing that forum from the drop-down menu).
