What does it mean access denied?
there was an error where it seemed that you program of spiral knights tried to access but couldn't because of your character was a moderator or game master rank or something like that

No I am no hacker. I just simply pressed escape while on the elevator clicked on return to haven, then the window closed without returning me to haven, so I pressed escape again, return to haven and bam. Went to haven then that message appeared.

Well that explains it. You clicked on the return to haven button, which sent a "return to haven" message. Then when it didn't work, you tried it again, sending it again. When the server received the first message, it sent you to haven. When it received the second message, it was like "You can't do that, you're already in Haven", aka the generic "access denied" message.

You tried to go to Haven twice, and the game realized you were already in Haven, so it threw that message up to tell you "You're already in Haven!"
Have you tried getting a security guard or scientist to operate the retinal scan for you?
