The graphic doesn't really help in terms of actual heat gained. Every level differs on what a full heat animation really means. At Depth 1, it gives barely any, yet at Depth 20, it gives a good amount (In relation to the Depth 1 amount at least).

I'm not arguing that it's a good usage of the animation, that way at each Depth you can tell if you got a good amount of Heat without knowing exactly what numbers mean what, however when you're in Third Tier, and you're trying to level gear, it would be more helpful to have a numeric reference.

Just make it a tooltip type addition to the Heat icon. Hover your mouse over the Heat animation, get a number. Look at your equipment, get an X Heat required to level number.

It just seems logical to have some type of numeric value for the players to use when dealing with Heat.
