Thanks! Updated with the info. I've also been doing a lot of runs for the data myself. Got tons of radiant crystals.
Data regarding Dreams and Nightmares, or Dan, as we now call him

@Mouzzie
Ouch...
2nd run, 30 solo elite
Oh nice, that's a lot of numbers to add. Updated the data and statistics with all of it.
I've been running this mission a lot. All runs on elite:
39
30, 18
27
21
39
27, 21, 21, 24
15
33, 30, 24, 12
27
42
24, 15
This mission is pretty good for radiant farming. Gotta farm the heck out of it.
another run, 15, 36, 9, 21
edit, new run, 27, 24, 27
Both on elite
Run 1:
24/21/18/24
Run 2:
After losing 2 members in a run
6/21
All on Elite. Encountered several party button arenas instead of a straight marathon run, but that didn't slow down our progress too severely.
Normal: 6
Advanced: 24, 24. Also got a Rock Salt in a level wheel, which was nice.
Elite: 33 and 2 Sparks of Life (a good run)
Your topic works, if nothing changes, but if OOO changes rates, you need to consider when a drop ammount has been recorded.
Yes, if they change the rates I would have to redo this. I don't see them doing that, however. The payout is, in my opinion, adequate and in no need of changing. It gives enough to make the mission worthwhile, and the mission is hard enough to scare away knights that are less practiced at the game.
(I still need to add in Zethalan through the end to the data set)
More runs, all elite:
18, 1 Primal, 2 Forge Sparks
30, Eternal Orb, 1 Grim
24, 2 Primal
18, 1 Forge, 1 Grim
30, Eternal Orb
24, 3 Grim
24, Eternal Orb, 1 Forge, 1 Primal
36
36, 2 Grim, 1 Primal
24, 2 Grim, 2 Primal
39
3, 2 Primal, 2 Forge
21, 3 Forge, 1 Primal
27, 4 Forge, 1 Grime
21, 3 Grim, 1 Forge
18, 1 Forge, 1 Primal
24, 2 Grim, 3 Primal
6, 1 Forge, 2 Grim, 3 Primal
30, 1 Forge, 1 Primal, 2 Grim
So, including the run in the earlier post, in 21 elite runs I've gotten:
501 Radiants, 3 Eternal Orbs, 2 Sparks of Life, and 54 assorted tokens. Plus some unknown (but roughly 10 or so per run) shining crystals, and (minus the health cap I buy from Basil each time) about 900 crowns per run.
Elite, party of 3
I got 36 rads, and some amount of shinings. I also got an eternal orb, if that matters.
I've run it a lot but earlier I was on a solo elite run and got absolutely no radiants. If you want to record that outlier well, ya' have it.
I apologize for reviving a thread that's almost 3.5 years old at this point, but I've been recording a pretty big list of rad counts from consecutive DaN runs, starting from about 2 months ago (I think the exact date was August 11th).
Bam. 369 runs and counting. This is pretty anecdotal, but I did notice that my average slowly went down from around 23.5 to my current average of 22.7, over the course of dozens of runs. Maybe the number of rads influences your drop rates? Stranger things have happened.
That's great that you're collecting data. Thanks for telling us.
What you've observed could just be the statistical phenomenon called regression to the mean. In the long term, your results almost certainly approach the average or "right answer". So if you start out above average, then your results will decrease.
For what it's worth, the relevant Lancer Knightz data set has 21.75 Radiants for this mission. Their figure is based on only 12 runs, though. And those runs were done a while ago, and it is possible that drop rates have changed.
