They're cool the first time. Less so the 30th.
Please let us skip cutscenes

Even though spiral knights has the least amount of cutscenes in any online game i have played, it is still waaaaaayyy to old school to not let us be able to skip those cutscenes. So i completely agree with your post that we should be able to skip them with the spACEBAR. One click and we keep on moving.
Hex and I both referenced pokemon. Hex's AAA BBB stuff references button mashing on the gaming device (nintendo handheld) to make pokemon cutscenes/dialogue bits terminate as fast as possible. He could probably explain that better, but here's a fast reply anyway.
I am still laughing. More jokes please.
Specifically the Pokemon Center dialogue, which is in all games irritatingly long, and you have to sit through it every time you want to go heal your party. It involves spamming A at first (up until the "Would you like to heal your pokemon" >Yes No, since pressing B at decisions defaults to No) until you see "Let me just take your Pokemon for a moment" which is confirmation of you saying "Yes", after which you spam B (since A is the "talk" button, and you don't want to re-open the conversation after you've finished)
We used to be able to by mashing ESC, not sure why they took it out...
Such a big issue in so many games. Pokemon elite 4 grinding am I right?
We can EVOLVE beyond this problem.
