Right now I'd like to purchase OCH for 5.99 instead of farming up 300k, but I don't find any of the purchase options as viable for me. However, I do happen to have a nice bit of money in my steam wallet.
Sadly, the steam version is not available in China.
I would appreciate it if OOO made this possible.

What would be a more effective option is if he were to buy another person a $7 item, they buy the OCH expansion pack for him, and then they swap. It might be less convenient though.
