During gameplay, the game client closes randomly, usually with me coming back and seeing that my health and emergency rev are both gone, or nearly gone. This is getting on my nerves. I updated java, my NVIDIA Graphics driver, and still it happens. I would love to have this fixed, because this game is nearly unplayable in its current state for me.

Same here... it's incredibly frustrating and completely ruins the experience for me. It seems to be a common problem without a common solution. I think I'm done with this game until the problem gets fixed.

To make matters better, I

To make matters better, I just crashed on the loading screen of a shadow lair and I can't get back in. And it appears no gm is online to help. It would be nice if they figured out this problem instead of making more boxes. Sorry if I am being rude, but I'm pretty not happy at the moment.

This is quite an important

This is quite an important problem. Yesterday for the first time it crashed immediately after I reopened it from a crash. Knowing that other people are experiencing this problem and there is still no fix is ridiculous. The game should not be broken for a portion of players.

Just gonna bump this because

Just gonna bump this because constant game crashes typically are not desired.

Having the same issue!

I can't stand this! I can't get past the First mission without crashing. I haven't found any helpful information ether. I have a screen shot of my farthest point before the crash.

1. Do a fresh install of Spiral Knights.
2. Check to make sure you have enough RAM. (Usually not a problem unless you are running a lot of apps on the side)
3. Check your firewall/antivirus and make sure they aren't stopping SK.
4. Look at the log file. On Windows, SK is installed in your user appdata, in the "Roaming" folder. Check out the projectx.log (new and old one). If there's anything suspicious, post it here.
5. Monitor your application and processes while running SK. On Windows this can be done with Task Manager. Pay attention to what happens to Java immediately before the crash.

When did this problem start occurring? Did you make any significant changes to your computer in the time before this problem started? That might help you with the troubleshooting.

The problem still persists, I

The problem still persists, I reinstalled Spiral Knights, taking it from my ssd and putting it onto my main drive and the log does not yield me any useful information.

Greetings,

Could you please submit a bug report after opening the game again? This will allow the bug report system to capture everything that happened up until the game suddenly closed on you and allow us to better understand what is happening. Bug reports can be made by pressing F2 or by using the /bug chat command.
