I read the rules in 2011 and
I read the rules in 2011 and in 2015. A gm cannot unpublish a thread and also they dont take peoples requests to unpublish/lock threads.
Try posting this over in a non-english suggestions area. It looks like you want Portuguese to be a supported language, but if there are no Game Masters on staff that can communicate via Portuguese then I doubt you'll have much luck.
