I've recently come back to the game from a loooooong hiatus. And in spite of all of the changes that have been made
in that time, there's just one thing that DIDN'T change, and I'm really disappointed about it.
Trojans.
Can.
STILL.
Trap you in corners.
How this usually happens is that you'll be standing in or near a corner (or sometimes just ANYWHERE between the
corner and the Trojan), when suddenly the Trojan dashes at you and pushes you into it. Due to the size of its hitbox
and the fact that it has an unbreakable shield on the front, you can get stuck. And once you get stuck, you are DEAD.
There is literally nothing that can push him off of you. Suda charge? Blocked. Pulsar? Not enough range. Bombs?
Blocked again. Shield bash? Useless. If you're going solo, that is literally it. You just have to HOPE that after he kills
you the first time, he wanders off before you revive. So, here are a few suggestions on how this could be fixed.
1) Make the shield bash push the Trojan form the front, even if it doesn't stun or damage him.
2) Allow Trojans to be shield bumped EVER SO SLIGHTLY.
3) Or, better yet, make it so that if a Trojan hits a wall with his basic chop attack, it pushes him backwards.
That would make sense from both a gameplay and purely physical standpoint.
you can dash out of the way.
yes, we now have a dash. check your input commands, default should be shift+ left click.
