I was just wondering how some people get the uv's they exactly wanted. Like an ASI:VH on a DA, etc. Whenever I take 1 uv ticket, I always get some useless uv's like asi:low.

You don't get the UV's you
You don't get the UV's you want in this game without forking over money to someone. Rarely do you roll the desired UV you want, and Vog forbid you want 2 or 3 UV's on the same armor or weapon...
The game was designed that way to maximize crown intake/loss on OOO's behalf, so (in theory) people will buy more CE to convert to crowns and keep the CE market alive. Of course It must not be working as it used to because we're seeing borderline 9K crowns per 100 share. And it takes at least 3 shares of CE to roll a 1UV. And with the odds stacked the way they are, you'll never get what you want.
No way to pay upgrade UV's.
No way to select specific one to roll at random.
UV's aren't in your favor and they never will be.
People who paid tons of money for their double/triple maxes are what make OOO keep the system the way it is now.
