Well, 25 runs in a row and counting, i havent got a single black kat. Since yesterday i was getting black kats, but at 67 pages, when i need one more kat, black kat stopped spawning for me. And literally, no jokes, 25 runs in a row and still going. I am doing Alone in the dark on elite.

This event is designed to inflate player count. Can't think of any other good reason they might've kept it unchanged for so long.
