Probably not, but 4.5kE is patently ridiculous and it can't hurt to ask. I have nothing even close to 4.5kE, let alone the six times that I'd need to get all six Wicked Whiskers I need.
I have defeated Margrel before, but it was back before Wicked Whiskers existed, so I still need six, not just five. That does mean that I can definitely contribute significantly in the fight, though.
If you can come up with some alternate payment, that would work, too, as long as it's reasonable.

I can't help you out, but let me offer a little encouragement: You need just one whisker to get the 3-star Black Kat armor, which is nearly as good as the 5-star armor, because it's all glass cannon anyway. Good luck.
