We received such great feedback from our first contest, so Knights of Finland is back with 2nd costume contest!
~JUDGING~
I will be judging with my fellow Guild Master See-Eppo. Things that we are looking for from a costume are good usage of colors, creativity and originality.
~CATEGORIES~
(Only one entry for each category!)
~Status~
We all have run on grids that give some sort of status at least once in the clockworks. Same goes to status monsters. Show us how you imagine a costume that shows all about that certain status!
1. Curse
2. Fire
3. Freeze
4. Poison
5. Shock
6. Sleep
7. Stun
~Pets~
1. Pets are sometimes supposed to look like their owners - is that true? Show us how your costume works with your pet!
ADVICE: Pets are not required to be level 100. It’s about the look only. Pets look different at different stages of leveling them. Those small details matter!
~PRIZES~
In every category, there will be prizes for first, second, and third places.
- 1st place gets 100k crowns.
- 2nd place gets 50k crowns.
- 3rd place gets 25k crowns.
- Honorable mentions win small prizes.
If a category ends up having only 5 entries or less, only 1st place will receive prize. It’ll be only fair that not over 50% will win (not to mention that there might be honorable mentions as well). Of course we will expect more entries than that for every category. This is mentioned so that there will be no complains if such thing will happen.
~RULES~ (READ!!)
If you want to enter to the contest, post 2 pictures of your character (in-game screenshots) for each entry. How to take the screenshots right:
1st screenshot:
-Open inspect (press P)
-Maks sure you have full inspect on (Character options -> [X] Allow Full Incpect)
-Make your knight face front so we can see the frontside.
-Position your cursor over the helmet, so that it will show the description of the helm and UVs and so on.
-Take screenshot!

Screenshots that are not taken the right way won't be accepted! In the pet category, remember to take one screenshot of your pet!
The reason why inspect must be on and why we must see the descriptions etc is because we must see all accessories that you are wearing. If you did not understand, check the links! They help! Taking screenshots through steam can be done by pressing F12 when your character is up on the screen. Save images to steam or to other website and post the link to the forum post.
You are allowed to preview different personal color when you are taking screenshots.
ADVICE: Personal color is huge part of the costume! Pay attention to it! Use it to your advantage!
You are not allowed to use gear or other items that you do not own/possess.
Use of weapons and shields to match your costume matter greatly and are allowed, but they are not required.
ADVICE: Do not wear weapons or shield if you are not sure if they’ll fit to the costume!
~DEADLINE~
CLOSED!!
July 3rd is the final day when you may submit your entries. Entries submitted after midnight London time won’t be accepted. You’ll have plenty of time to plan and submit your entries. Then we will have enough time to judge all the entries. Don’t leave submitting to the last day!
~WHO CAN ENTER?~
We believe that it’s all about how you use costumes and accessories rather that how much it is worth/how much you payed for it.
We do NOT tolerate “I will never win”, “My costumes are not good enough” and “Only rich people win” attitudes! I personally try to create categories in the way that the contest will be fair between “free to play” and “pay to win” players. These contests are supposed to be fun for all and that is why we host these in the first place. Therefore we encourage everyone to enter. So you who are reading this post, you MUST enter! We hope to see as many people entering to this contest as possible!
~AWARDS CEREMONY~

Ceremony where winners will be revealed and prizes will be given will be held in Knights of Finland guild hall on Friday July 17th at 10:00 pm by London Time (GMT +0). Being present is not required; we will mail all prizes to all winners who are not present.
The reason this date was changed is because I accidentally fucked up my computer and it went totally crazy that I couldn't do anything else but install windows again. All this pain in the ass took like 3-4 days of work and sweat and raging (old computer didn't want to work together with me!), and me and Sepi had no chance to judge the entries together. So my deepest apologies for all this, I promise to take care of my computer more carefully qwq
