Ok so most of us here know about the "sonic Mode" in the game. Basically if you have enough HP no monster (except stalkers) can take ALL that HP in one hit.
My problem is that if you get inflicted with shock or fire you CAN die from one hit due to the chip damage the status deals which would take away the 1% that you would have been left with from a status free (or non damaging status) monster.
As a solution I would propose that if a hit would cut you down to the "Sonic Mode" then you couldn't get inflicted with shock or fire status.
I assume traps are not included in this? If so, it wouldn't be fair to just run around in fire.
