Okay OOO, this is very simple. When you finish a Shadow Lair, you should get everything as normal. However, a machine in Haven could be added that requires you have a lair's reward rarity module thing and that lets you craft the lair's items. This way it won't effect the keys as people will still need to go to lairs for materials, but it'll let people who have spare SL boss items make something out of them.

Part of the appeal of Shadow Lairs is the fact that you can only obtain those items from beating it. If you could get it easily it would diminish it's worth to the owner.

Hmm...

I say, have an achievement that monitors the player beating each SL boss. After the player has beaten all 3 SL bosses and gotten their modules, a special room in the arcade will be unlocked for the player to visit called the general's office. In that room will contain the sl alchemy machine. The catch to using this machine is that you would have to pay 30% - 50% more to make the gears there.

This way, players who have beaten sl a couple of time, but did not have the necessary funds to make a gear at that moment do not have to return to sl or have to make a shadow key just to craft those gear after having the required material. They can fully focus on getting the necessary funds to make the gear and not have to go through the sl ordeal more than once.

@ Bland

There are 4 SL bosses (6 if you count the snarbs and Roarmuluses as separate monsters)

But yeah I like your idea better

@Holy-Nightmare @Blandaxt

@Holy-Nightmare @Blandaxt said exactly the same thing as me just more costly, I'm suggesting that you still have to get the module and materials but if you have the module you can do the crafting for the Lair you got the module from, but you still need the material (Which requires a trip to the lair)

Not exactly

@Reddeh-San:

Not exactly because the materials for sl can be bought on auction.

They pretty much did

Having the recon module from the shadow lair (Pretty sure they meant the echo stone) means you have to beat the Shadow Lair once at least anyways to get it. This is pretty much the same as having an achievement.

Increasing the crafting cost would be a good way to make players want to go through a shadow lair. Alternatively have one of those crafting stations be available in the mission "Dreams and Nightmares" after completing the mission.

Personally I'd like to keep it as is.

@Fangel I'd be fine with any

@Fangel
I'd be fine with any kind of challenge that requires you to beat the lair(s) but the way it is feels like it rewards people with money and time, neither of which I (And a lot of other players) have too much of. I'm fine with the system as it is, you just need to be careful when you spend your keys, but I'd much rather be rewarded for going through a lair once than have to try and get someone in your timezone to help you get through just so you can craft a single helmet or piece of armour that you have all the materials and money for.

I'm definitely moaning but I feel it is a fix that wouldn't harm them too much since the materials on AH cost quite a bit anyway and most people who do that either invest crazy time into the game or buy energy.

Which is worst

That you can only craft these good Armors on Shadow Lair Sanctuary. Once you get everything you needed to build those you have to go through the Shadow Lair again if you want to build those instead of getting them Expensive on the Auction House. There is restrictions on Shadow lairs that people have not completed. The only trip is Rabid Gloaming Wildwoods
