Stuck at Log In screen?

When starting up the game, everything runs great, animations in the backround are smooth, so theres no freezing, but the game is just stuck at the "logging in..." message. I've waited for like, 20 minutes and it still hasn't worked. I've restarted steam, my computer, everything. Any fixes?

same problem here, actually...
I'm currently having the EXACT same problem. My brother can, oddly enough, log onto his steam bounded character on this computer.

Didn't work OOO
Here is what i did:
I tried to equip the dragon wing after the patch
Everything started to freeze
The wings didn't appear unless i went on inspect (yet i still receive notifications of when players are logging in or off)
I logged off
Logged back on
Steam wont let me log in

hello mezemore!
Anyway i am also getting the same problem i put on the vile wings and they didn't show up i tryed unequiping my costume peice and re-equiping but it didn't show so i went to a random door hopeing it would just fix it but it wouldn't load at all i quit now i can't login

for me the problem was with
for me the problem was with glacial wings; when I tried to equip the costume I put my glacial wings on, not even the costume itself would equip. My SK is still glitched :(

For Me
I signed on and brought a bunch of boxes and i equipped the Frost Wings and Lovely Tail and then when i tried to go back to my guild, It stopped loading. So i restarted my Client and now i cant log in x-x :(

Is it the wings?
To provide more detail, I recently unboxed a snarblepup and hallow wings. I went to equip the hallow wings, everything was fine, and proceeded to the Haven's Auction House. The loading screen simply sat at 0, and the little gear kept spinning. I restarted the game, and this happened. It must be the wings.

Hey, Aphrodite,
If you're still there, How about removing our wings into our inventories and we can equip them later? We all have the same issue with it being the wings or accesories, so why not just unequip our wings? I have a heat amp running atm :c

FIX IT PLEASE
OMG really, I am beyond pissed I equipped my surge wings and tail and it completely glitched out it is stuck at the "logging-in" menu I have done everything both steam and SK forums have recommended I do. My real account is Relenting-Rain i had to make this one just so i could play in the mean time. I have always recommended this game to my friends but this time I am really debating if I should recommend this game anymore.

Hey all! This is taking a while to fix, and I'm sorry for that. We can remove wings from your inventories, but that doesn't fix the problem. The devs are working hard and hope to have a release today that will fix it.
I'm afraid you're not the only one this happens, several players are having the same problem and do not know how to fix it, the only solution (as always), is: wait and be patient
