IMO, Haze Bombs with +Damage
IMO, Haze Bombs with +Damage UVs are nearly worthless. Haze Bomb-line bombs don't really do much damage to begin with (even at 5*), and adding an extra percentage of damage on such small damage is a waste of time. Charge Time Reduction is the only worthwhile UV on Haze Bombs.

CTR is certainly more sought
CTR is certainly more sought after UV for non-bombers, but if you're in bomber gear you're going to have maximum CTR through your armor/bomb level so damage UV's are actually useful to us. VS Construct is particularly nice on the ash of agni line, as constructs are weak to elemental and it's much safer to kite them with an ash of agni compared to the nitronome.
Anyway, to answer your question I paid roughly 200CE for my vs construct V.high UV so I'd imagine you should be able to get at least that much out if it :]
