Hello,
I'm new to the game and just crafted a Cutter with a UV of Low CTR. Anyone know how much this is worth? Also, while I realise this isn't the Bazaar, if anyone wants to PM me an offer that'd be cool too.
Can anyone appraise this for me?

I don't mean to be mean but I agree with lepreal21. The charge attack for the cutter, whether or not it misses, makes its user too vulnerable because it has to make all 5 hits before stopping. Thus, it serves little benefit in the end.

uv ctr low cutters sell for 6k-7k in the AH. I agree they aren't very good, but some people want them (mostly to smack gun puppies I hear)
CTR for the cutter line is useless bud :(
