You realize, F2P PVE content takes a lot of work and makes OOO next to no money whatsoever. Money that is needed to... well... run the game.
Promo boxes on the other hand are easy to make and can reliably make some $$$$

Jempire left to play RIFT. After I think about half a year they left it for ArcheAge. Legend holds that Phantasy Star Online 2 will get a western release someday and when it does, The Jempire will charge at its servers, each with a halfling warrior by their side.

This is one too many.
I for one have never heard much about jempire. I knew few things, I knew it was a famous guild, and I even seen some of their personnell once, dressing in distinct rose colored outfits. However since I know little I cannot enjoy, appreciate or even know anything about this prize box. Also I view as every prize box armor as a potential armor usable in the game that could be rather interesting, but no prize box armors become real armors. Therefore I am quite bitter against prize boxes.

Liking the gem look for this cosmetic set, interested in seeing other color variants and potentially slightly different gem shaping, and anything else of that sort. Possibly a Sapphire one in September, Amethyst in February 2016, or possibly an Emerald on May 2016 as well?
Sure was nice of Three Rings to finally acknowledge that my outfit looks good no matter what color scheme it's in.
