Hi, I am a Chilean usual player, and I came from the forum in Spanish (that looks abandoned) to make a suggestion to this forum, forgive me if my English is not as well as it should.
Well, I'll start this suggestion quite wide, so for those who do recommend you read it carefully. Let's start something, first. I have seen countless suggestions, and so far little or no appearance of comments from administrators. I would ask them to do some moderation suggestions or comments, because long term it is believed that the forum is deserted and only good ideas are lost.
Let us start from scratch. I am a player who has spent years in the game, from the first time out the LD started playing with my girlfriend, it has been five years ago. That increase sales to certain designs of equipment that could be of interest to everyone. They could use to make sets with different designs, perhaps bi-elemental weapons, and so on. It is so hard to change the models as they have with those who had longer to do better and more attractive I think.
2) Based on the same design, should add new monsters and bosses. The more bosses you have more variety will be to attract players, should make random bosses that appear on maps, such as the machine boss of gremlims, could put zombies giant maps where you have to survive a certain number of minutes against an onslaught enemies, etc. Have remained very tight in the aspect of gameplay, they have been '' locked '' with the start of the project. Listening suggestions really ... .I think we all want to make this game lasts, but increasingly looks abandoned, we need the unity of all as players and developers, or if not, in the end, this game will die, as I saw decay in all my years of playing. More DLC campaigns could be a good option too.

I'm struggling to understand google translator, so I hope I got your intentions right. Well, I do agree that selling gear on the energy packs is not too bad. Adding a set of gears with an increased energy price would not make the game pay to win sense players can still acquire those gears through in-game effort. So yeah nice idea if I got you right.

I completely that new ideas need to be brought into the game in order to keep it alive, but you are wrong when you think that the staff that are developing spiral knights are the ones in charge. The CEO of (OOO) Three Rings is the one kind of in charge and where SEGA Company is the real one in charge. They have left OOO to manage spiral knights, but OOO still have to report any changes to the game to SEGA sense they are the ones who bought the right to the game. So when it comes to the game not having any changes or great updates, we can only blames either OOO CEO or SEGA for not thinking about the players wants. The staffs that are throwing out these skin promos are only following directives like any other job. Even if they are the ones doing the action, they cannot choose what action to do.

The problem is not the rewards for the pvp game of BN. The reason LD is played more is because it is a much more enjoyable game then BN because we get to use our hard earned/invested weapons on other players. Sense there is a good amount of weapons, there is a good amount of variety when it comes to gameplay.
BN on the other hand gives us premade weapons and our gear doesn't matter when it comes to defense or offense. This means the variety of the game is very limited making it a very dull game to play in the long run. This means that not a lot players will get attracted to a dull game that repeats the same process over and over again without any sort of variation in game-play.
Now adding different forms of gameplay objectives like capture the flag and so on in BN or LD would greatly benefit the two mini-games. Especially BN even though the weapons are the same with same repetitive gameplay, the objective of the game is different allowing new sort of tactic to be used. Though I am not sure capture the flag will work on BN, I am sure that if new sort of games are created for BN, more players will flock to play it. Would also be cool if there created new weapons and armor that can be acquired while playing the game, but that is a discussion for another time.

Completely agree to this idea. Not only block types, but a whole new set of hazards can be added to mix up the gameplay of spiral knights. These hazards can be:
- Pillars that fall and damage whatever that is in that falling area.
* Mechanics:
The after the pillar's base is destroyed, a red line would highlight the area on the floor and direction the pillar would fall. The pillar falling damage mechanics can work similar to a retrode beam where the damage values plus push-back applies from the base of the pillar and moves up to the end of the highlighted area.
- Sensitive exploding plant bulbs.
* Mechanics:
The plant will act like a sensitive mine. When it comes in contact with a monster or player or when attacked, it would explode like a blast bomb but with a bit smaller radius. During this explosion, it would launch tiny spikes similar to the Toxigel that would hit damage anything in that comes in contact with it. These spikes can even break blocks and other breakable objects. Also these spikes if hit a monster or un-shielded player would stick on that target and cause damage over time for 2 seconds. Can call this status type “stab”/”bleed”. Very similar to fire, but it cannot spread to other players or light oil on fire. Lore: Plant bulb is filled with high pressured gas with sensitive cell wall.
Etc....so many different hazards can be created, but were still stuck with the same old same old in the clockwork levels.

Yeah, I agree that more DLC's would help OOO. But I feel DLC's are not what we need sense that would only affect only the players who have money to fork up. Not many SK players would save up enough energy (5000) for a DLC. I don't like DLC's also because they create exclusive weapons only for players who acquire that mission. DLC's should be about the story, and not about fighting unique exclusive enemies and acquiring unique exclusive gear. The gear and enemies should be available for all players, but just harder to acquire the gear and harder to encounter the enemy.
Anyway, I do believe that this game will soon reach its end if the new clockwork update does not reignite the passion for adventure in most players. And it would also be nice if we could see more of our ideas being chosen or are in the works/process to be chosen to be implemented in the game. But I feel no is listening like you feel. But that would not stop my passion to keep suggesting ideas for a game is still see potential to become one of the greats. Like Zelda, Or Sonic, or even Pokémon. All these games are known by a majority of players and made a lot of money for themselves. The potential for this game to rise like they did is still there, though I wonder if it will ever reach the halfway point of those games before dying....
