It would just be a prismatic bomb with a normal brandish attack in PVE mode.
The only bomb with a "Normal attack" the "Charge" would just add a second cross rotated 45 degrees.
Why aren't we rewarded with cross bombs for playing blast network?

shard bomb was modified so it does not behave like guns.

Mainly because bombs really need the buff.

I think the reason this bomb has not been made yet is because they do not want bombs to behave like swords. The same way the shard bomb was modified so it does not behave like guns.
