Pardon the late comment, but do we know why it was removed? I used it to see how I was doing back when I was a lower rank. But I guess if not many people were using it, it was taking up space.

This was removed when missions were introduced since now progression must be done doing missions and the arcade has become a supplement providing a place to farm. Unless you can still progress without Missions i dunno.

You can't rly progress w/o the missions, since you need to pass the hall of heroes to get access to a higher star clearance. Plus, you need to pass the rank 4 hoh to gain access to t2, and the rank 8 hoh to get into t3.
So unless you have had a 5* item before the missions, and keep getting invited into higher tiers, you'll be stuck.
I think you can't even get to haven w/o doing missions if you are starting a new char, I'll test that later today.

But if you go to this place in the game you won't find it, because it was removed. In the missions update, I think.
