Darkfang Menders shout a unique line when deploying a "Healing Rune"

This will simply make it easier to tell when a Darkfang Mender is about to cast a healing rune, instead of saying the usual "Mending!" battlecry, which they also speak when healing a target directly; thus allowing nearby party members to attempt to interrupt them before they are able to cast it.

...and I know, I could just use poison or curse, but I just find it really annoying how they chant the same line for both actions, and it's hard to tell what they're going to do. (especially if they heal something and then cast a rune under them immediately afterwards.)

One line that I think might work for this is a line spoken from a Mender in the promotional trailer.

I completely agree. Healing runes are annoying and semi-predictable. At least get rid of the second one.

Sounds good

Something of this sort would be nice. Maybe not say "hold it together", but I can't think of a proper replacement line so it might still work.

I like it. One more noise to get on my nerves and make defeating them that much sweeter.

It's a great suggestion. I suggest all monsters have different noises and actions when performing different actions. It's really unpredictable and bad game design to mesh it all into one confusing everyone.

Well...

I suggest all monsters have different noises and actions when performing different actions
For the most part they do. Darkfang menders are just one of the few monsters that use the same action and sound for two things (only other one I can think of right now are mecha knights doing their standard attack, you can't tell if they'll attack 1, 2, or 3 times from the start). Thus, changing this up would make them more in-line with other monsters.
