Basically i want to see posts about the famous people on forums, to name a few bopp krakob and fehzor, (sorry if i didnt get the spelling right) to see what their "fallback" loadout is. just basically your loadout you use when you dont feel like strategising and just want to play. No good reason for it. Just figured i may as well ask.

I'll answer because this is an equipment question, not because it is a question for famous people.
The answer depends on the threats. But the situation you describe sometimes arises for me when a friend or guildmate suddenly invites me to a run, and I want to join quickly without thinking about interesting weapons. Then I will go with:
* Black Kat helmet and armor
* Swiftstrike Buckler, unless the party seems to be in a difficult area demanding more protection
* two swords, two damage bombs, or two support bombs
The two swords are always of different damage type, so I don't really have to know what the monsters are beforehand. The two damage bombs are Dark Retribution and Dark Briar Barrage. The two support bombs are probably a vortex and a haze.

I typically use black Kat, sometimes with chaos, seerus or something else. I have about 2/3s of the non padded armor pieces so I'm pretty flexible. I do hate that with all of that armor only a few pieces warrant regular use.
For weapons I have everything except celestial saber which makes me sad... And I do use all of it in different situations, though I tend to use more guns than bombs and more bombs than swords for serious play.
Generally this is auto guns, Magnus variants, tortofists, alchemers, mixmaster, blasters, haze bombs, dark retribution, vortexes, dark briar, Sun shards, warmaster, leviathan, dread venom, flourishes and occasionally brandishes but not often.
For casual play I often try to be as silly as possible- think dual wielded winmillions, switch shooting autoguns with magnuses or antiguas, blast bomb spam, reskinned shards, non offensive hazes.. things like that. I do play seriously often as well though, as my party requires of me.
I don't really have a general use fallback... I don't use the formal loadouts either though. Loadouts make me lag even more than opening my inventory already does.

I mean 'famous' is kind of an over exaggeration... it makes 'famous' forum goers sound like they're big fish in big ponds, when they're more akin to large tadpoles in the teeny puddle of Spiral Knights. Occasionally, people will know who I am and enjoy my posts but that's the extent of my "fame" and I'd be surprised if that weren't the case for most of the people posting here regularly.

I am not famous, though lately I have been posting a lot on the forums... If you say I am famous, that would most likely not be true, unless I really AM famous... I do not think I am, and I do not think anyone would recognize me. I usually play as either Vile-Person, Forshadower, Sister-Sable or Perilous-Shadow. I have a lot of people. I am also Trymal and Jesterfortheking, but I rarely use those. My best guy, (Vile-Person,) is only 3 star, anyway. I am not famous. But, I have been posting a lot. I am trying to say: Posting a lot does not make you famous, just a normal guy who likes either to make new ideas, or comment on other people's ideas.

Weapons depend on the level. Vana loadout is Combuster, Blitz needle, Argent peacemaker, Obsidian crusher (poison op).
Another perfect Vana loadout could be: Combuster, Blitz needle, Venom veiler, Electron vortex.

I'm famous? See mum, I told you I'd get something out of all this gaming!
For PvE I like to roll full Black Kat or BK+Chaos along with Glacius, Acheron, FF, and WRH if I want to win and stay true to my swords only mantra. If I'm more concerned with having fun, I'll usually bring the same gear but DVS, Levi, Suda, and Winmillion instead.
I usually don't use this, though. I don't play that much nowadays and when I do I usually tailor my loadouts for the mission or stratum coming up. I've recently come to enjoy the Iron Slug very much, but other than that it's usually just some of the swords I mentioned before and some support bomb or autogun.
In LD I either roll full Black Kat or full Snarby with Final Flourish, Acheron, Warmaster Rocket Hammer, and Arcana as striker and Final Flourish, Arcana, Gran Faust/Warmaster Rocket Hammer, and Venom Veiler (or some other bomb if people start walking it) as guardian. These loadouts are both for no-braining and just playing as well as for actually trying though. They're very comfy to play in and easy to wear.

I think I'm famous? Old Player here
I typically switch armor sets depending on what kind of damage (such as fire and elemental) the enemies commonly do in the area. I also try to take advantage of what ever the enemies are weak to, I typically bring a sword, two guns, and a status bomb. I usually bring Combuster/Acheron/DVS for sword, Wildfire and some other gun, and Venom Veiler.

But if you're asking for the loadouts of regulars, then you can just ask for that.
When I have all slots unlocked, my typical "fallback" loadout is divine veil, radiant silvermail, WRH, arcana, acheron, DBB, and a grey owlite shield. At least that's my typical in the past loadout. I've been playing a lot more with black kat gear after I got the raiment because I really dig that MSI.
So right now, when I'm slotless, I run full black kat, shield that's usable in the current level (occasionally I grab my swiftstrike, but not always), and then a combination of weapons depending on the level. Undead level I'll bring WRH and riftlocker, fiend levels combuster + callahan, gremlin levels acheron + arcana, etc. Typically those are the weapons I'll fall back on for any situation.
