The idea is simple, To make it so the knockback that is done from swords to a monster will make that monster act as a sort of projectile when the monster comes in contact with a wall or another monster. For example, the leviathan blade. When the leviathan blade charge its charge attack and knockback the target, that target when it comes in contact with a wall after being knockback will take damage. If that monster comes in contact with another monster after being knockback, the monster that was knockback and the monster the knock back monster comes in contact with will take damage. This rule will affect players the same way unless the player uses shield.

I made it so that this knockback damage effect is only from swords to make it more balanced since guns are already a bit more over powered then swords. If this was applied to guns, then guns like the pulsar would really become too over powered in my opinion.

What do you guy think.

So like this, basically?
I think it'd be a good ability to add to a new weapon, say, a Heavy Piercing Sword, but I don't think anything needs to be added to our current weapons because they're already pretty good.

lol...

@Hexzyle:

HAHA, You hit the nail right on the head. Exactly like that. Well i'm not sure which melee weapon needs it the most and of course not all melee weapons would have this ability like the cutter sense it has little to no knockback even its final charge attack swing. So yeah it will probably be on melee weapons with high knockback.

bland, look up the definition of sense and since, you are consistently using it wrong and the words are not synonymous

Gives knockback a better purpose

Seems interesting. I can see it being applied to certain weapon charge attacks (leviathan blade, troika lines, potentially even valiance and the blast bomb lines). I do agree it's mostly optimized to be balanced around a new weapon, but I really want to smack a gremlin into a mender to kill the mender with a levi charge.

and a few more things

1. to avoid too much knockback damage this should only apply to charge attacks

2. guns aren't OP, only some are, and some swords are also OP

3. the most damaging knockback should be given to bombs, those need a buff WAY more than swords do

hmmm..

@fangel:

Yeah i agree that it would definitely change the game play by a little bit and help all players form a new play style.

@Vohtarak-Forum:

- "1. to avoid too much knockback damage this should only apply to charge attacks"

* I agree to a certain point, but it can also apply to sword's second swing like the second swing of a troika or seal sword that has knockback. But of course charge attack would do the best damage from knockback damage.

- "2. guns aren't OP, only some are, and some swords are also OP"

* hmm, i agree to disagree.

- "3. the most damaging knockback should be given to bombs, those need a buff WAY more than swords do"

* I agree, but this means this would boost all the blast bombs sense they have much of the knockback and not much other bombs like the Dark Briar Barrage. Unless the devs improve the bombs by giving even those bombs a small amount of knockback or just make bombs without knockback do more damage over all. Or just decrease the amount of damage blast bombs do by 5% to balance it out.
