So I got one of my friends started with this game, and he set up a character and began playing today. I added him to my friends list and guild and was able to send him a few starter items to get started. After playing the game for a while today, he closed out of the game to take care of a few things, but when he logged in again later, he said he had to restart the game from a new character. All of the items he had gotten were gone, all of the progress up to rank 3-1 was gone. I had even given him a very expensive set of wings for his character that are now gone! his character name is still in my friends list so the character apparently still exists somewhere. Is there any way he can retrieve it, or do I have to break the news to him that his character is lost forever?
