Field of view in passive areas

My field of view in Haven and my guild hall has been changed to be similar to that of the start of the depth you fight vanaduke on (zoomed in and low angle). I've already tried to relog and even reinstall but neither of these helped which leads me to believe it's a server-side issue.

(Also, that isn't nearly the way it is at the start of Vana's level)
go to your minimap and click the magnifying glass icon
thats a zoom in feature you must have accidentally pressed
