A New Elemental-Damage Bomb

Hi, I've been bombing for a short while now, and I quite enjoy it. However, one thing I find disappointing about the bomber's arsenal is the lack of an elemental damage weapon. Counterpoint: "Mist bombs do elemental damage!" Yes, they do, but the blast radius is very small and the actual damage is lackluster. I propose something similar to a Nitronome or Dark Briar Barage, but with a key difference.

Rather than dealing knockback, it should pull monsters in towards the center of the explosion; reverse knockback. This isn't sustained like with the Graviton Bomb and its counterparts; this inverted knockback is only applied at the initial, damaging explosion. It should not apply a status, because Mist bombs already do that and do it better than this ever could. However, this bomb provides a new method of crowd control as a bomber, seeing as the Nitro's blast is widely disliked by party members, and the Graviton/Electron Bomb's effectiveness is somewhat hampered by the low movespeed prior to deployment.

Bombers don't have a strong elemental weapon (rip shard bombs). The Nitro does solid damage to everything, the Dark Retribution is very powerful, and the DBB does respectable piercing damage. This would fill a niche as a very "average" bomb, leaving room for anything else down the road.

hmm

I can see a pulling in be a new interesting bomb especially an elemental one. I did suggest this before, but people replied too long to read. Anyway, nice suggestion.

hmmmmm

Pretty much every 'blast' bomb is made to be used as area denial. As much as I want an elemental blast bomb I'm not sure reversed knockback would be safe for bombers.

It would need some playtesting before release to see if it should have it.

Bomb Safety

@Holy-Nightmare

It would be very dangerous in certain contexts, like a Shivermist Buster can be. It'd be very effective for kiting, though, considering you can pull things along on a ride with you. It would have a more aggressive form of area denial, seeing as you need to be outside of the section you're protecting. I understand your concerns, though.

+1, -1=+0

Sounds cool, but as Holy-Nightmare stated, dangerous.
So, that makes, +1 and -1.
Pretty much +0.
