This has been suggested before, but here's what I'm thinking about the idea.

-----

It would be a building on the far right side of the Garrison, either replacing or being right next to the alchemy machine.

-----

It would function somewhat like the guild hall building, except players wouldn't be able to go in without an invite from the owner.

-----

The player could customize it similarly to a guild hall - After activating edit mode (from... something), they can place or rotate furniture, install rooms, etc.

There can also be pre-built rooms like in Guild Halls, though I only thought of one so far. Rooms can also be "upgraded".

You don't have to pay any upkeep.

-----

The pre-built room: A special alchemy room.

It starts off with just an Alchemy Machine and a Sprite Food Machine.

Upgrades -

It can be upgraded to add a Mysterious Alchemy machine using some crowns and low-level materials.

Using more crowns, higher level materials, and special materials that can be found in purple treasure boxes, you can create special machines that create items using the rewards of secret bosses (see previous link).

These special machines can only craft low-level items at first, then can be individually upgraded to craft higher star items (using the lower star versions).

Since I only thought of one secret boss so far, I can only make one alchemy machine - The Forging Crystal.

So basically what you're asking for is a guild hall free of upkeep?
Not that anyone would use them: people never use guildhalls so why would they use player houses?

"We're not peasants, we're knights. Soldiers, so to speak. We sleep, fight, and train together, the Guild Hall is our Barracks.
If you want a personal home, leave your guild and make a guild of your own."

Well...

I like the general idea...but I don't think we need secret/special things. Part of the beauty of SK is its simplicity. A separate looting/boss/crafting system is not conducive to this simplicity, unless it follows the pattern of an Expansion or Event mission.

There's not really a que/limit to the number of posts you can make, so there's no need to allocate space for yourself or anything. It's a lot better to post a fully developed idea on the forums. We're here to provide feedback on your idea from our perspective, not wait for more later. There's a big difference between adding to/improving an idea with people vs. leaving a lot of emptiness like what's in the OP. We cannot provide much meaningful feedback, and well, it's the forums, it doesn't make sense to wave your arms for attention when there's not much to see then necro yourself later with content.

You might want to read into a fully fleshed out and discussed idea about personal housing here.

My piece on this idea

I would have to say that this is an untapped revenue source for OOO. Houses would be like mini-guild halls, much smaller, less features, smaller inventory, lower upkeep, etc.

Player limit: I think that 4 to 8 players could be allowed in a dwelling. Unlike guilds however the only people that can enter the dwelling are those with a direct connection with a person already inside it. This means that the owner has to "host" the gathering since no one but him has a direct link to the dwelling. Once he/she is there others can /join them.

Smaller: I would think a dwelling would be about the same size as 2 GH rooms. More than enough space for a small get together.

Less Features: No AH, Training hall, Krogmo, Bechamel, Trophy crafting, etc. I would however like to make it so players can purchase a Sprite food alchemy machine for their house as it would be exclusive to knight owned dwellings.

Smaller Inventory: The dwelling furniture stash would only hold up to 50 items. Of course the player would be able to store furniture they're not using in their regular inventory, they just wouldn't be able to use it in their dwellings.

The Upkeep for this would be much smaller than a guild hall, around 10,000 CR per month. The price to get the keys to the door would be a bit higher however, but not so high as to make it impossible to get.

The dwelling would have a small "bank" which you can deposit only CR and CE into.
