What if there was a system by which a knight could commission another to run a specific mission. This would be much like a trade but rather than CR,CE, or items being traded one party would receive a service.
This could only be used to run missions however and if one knight or the other leaves to prevent finishing or paying the CR would be handled fairly.
For example:
Knight 1 commissions Vanguard 1 to help run the level Royal Jelly Palace for 1000 CR. Once both parties agree this CR is taken out of the Knight's wallet and sent to a OOO "Bank". Once the mission is completed the CR then gets sent to the Vanguard's wallet.
If the Knight leaves in the middle a portion of CR is sent to the Vanguard. This amount is determined by what percentage of floors are completed in the mission.
If the Vanguard leaves in the middle all of the CR is sent to the Knight. If the Knight kicks the Vanguard the same rule will apply is if the Knight had left and CR will be sent to the Vanguard.
If the Vanguard kicks the Knight then all the CR is sent to the Knight.

More Rules:
You can commission multiple knights but each case will be handled individually.
You can only commission knights with MORE prestige than you.
Any Tradeable item can be used as payment but both parties have to agree to it.
Mission and difficulty is determined by the commissioner.

Extended idea:
Commission board.
This can be accessed in Haven, here players can post commissions and the higher ranked knights can answer their call if they decide to. For board commissions to be active the commissioner has to be online and active. If the call to their commission is answered they will receive an open inspect of the applicant and the ability to accept or deny that knight's help (as such you should dress for the mission before attempting to fill the slot). Once accepted the Commissioner is prompted to start a party for that mission difficulty is locked (since it is predetermined by the commissioner) and the only thing needed is to decide whether to open or close the party.
"If the Knight leaves in the middle a portion of CR is sent to the Vanguard. This amount is determined by what percentage of floors are completed in the mission." "Any Tradeable item can be used as payment but both parties have to agree to it."
What if a knight offers one rare material such as a zee core in exchange for one run of FSC then after two of the five floors decides to kick the vanguard because the knight's friend who is also a vanguard offers to help him/her for free? This could be used to trick people as 40% of an item rounds down to zero of that item, and allows the knight to repeatedly get carried while not really paying anything.
"You can only commission knights with MORE prestige than you."
Since when did prestige determine one's skill? That random vanguard with 5k prestige over there could have played the game for 20k+ hours and not touched a single prestige mission, meanwhile a vanguard with massive amounts of prestige could have just logged on each day only to do prestige then log off. Since there is no true, flawless way to determine skill, wouldn't it much simpler to just limit recruiting to players with an equal or higher level of equipment instead?
