I guess this is a bug as I can't see where I may be going wrong. I'm trying to upgrade my Solid Cobalt helm into a Mighty Cobalt Helm.
Required items are
15x Blue Shard
4x Scrap Metal
3x Iron Gear
2x Fine Fabric
1x Heavy Gear
1x Solid Cobalt Helm (Lv5+)
3x Elite Orb of Alchemy

I have all these items (My helm is Lv10) yet I still can't upgrade the helm. I've also double checked that I have the correct orbs. Do I have to do it at a specific location or is there something else I'm missing?
