Okay, i have all the requirments of going into teir two. Now here's the question. How do i unlock it? I kno i have to go so some warden but where and how to i get there?

Pick an elevator in the arcade, and keep going down until you reach level 8.

T2 Clearance
Moorcroft Manor is always depth 8 in every gate. You'll have to manually go through Tier 1 to get to Moorcroft Manor. Then speak to the knight in front of the red wall.
Once you have clearance, you can instantly travel down to Tier 2 of any gate from the Arcade. The trip costs 200cr and 10ce if it's a new gate which you haven't cleared Tier 1 yet. Otherwise, it's just the regular 10ce.
The Spiral Warden is on Lvl 8 in the Clockworks. He stands right before Red Field which prevents you from entering Moorcraft Manor proper. Talk to him, and be certain to accept the entire conversation, and not close the window with the X.
