It says I need a 5+ gunslinger hat, which I have. It didn't do say anything at level 5 so I assumed it needed to be level 6. Just did that then I find that it still doesn't work. Anyone know what's wrong?

Do you have it equipped? If so, try taking it off. (The Gunslinger hat, I mean.)
