Signs that show a message when clicked on. The message shown can be changed in edit mode.
Because (the guild I want to make later) needs a sign that says "The Hunting Grounds" in front of the Tranquil Snipe Garden.

rooms with special things like hunters lodge and tranquil snipe garden have names that cant be changed
signs would also be a good message board, like to post the guild rules near the entrance and stuff like that

As Vohtarak said, you can't change the names of rooms like the Tranquil Snipe Garden, so I would need a sign to make it say "The Hunting Grounds".
Also, signs can be placed anywhere (that the game normally allows), while doors are permanently next to the rooms.

We could have an entrance sign with an elegant poem! It would increase our morale by 1.66% and make our guilds look FANCIER.
They already have something like that.
The doors of the rooms have things like that.
