Basically i was looking for the drops of the Mewkat and saw some new Kat-mobs.
They're named Black Kat and 2 others i can't recall.
Are those new monsters that will be implemented in a near-future release?

Those aren't new, they've been on that page since the 14th of December; the Black Kat since the creation of the page. It seems there was plans for some additional Kat types around that time, but never made it into the current game. I can't confirm or deny if they are planned or ever actually existed in the game.
