What monsters would we fight? They all died.

Your RP needs some more meat on its bones, and the bones need some calcium too.
I'll point out the only remaining enemy would be constructs, and none of them are smart enough to create more of themselves.
Which means that either they would go out soon, or one of the knights would betray everyone.
Also, You still haven't accounted for the fact that the swarm and the core are living things.

But one day, a nuclear explosion on Cradle happened.
The explosion polluted the sky, killing everybody on Cradle.
Something tells me Matik doesn't know how a nuclear bomb actually work, this description sounded more like an Uranium dioxide (AKA dirty bomb) bomb. And judging by the bomb and the size of cradle and the fact that the clockwork seemed to have good filtration and radioactive recycling stations, I would say a bomb like this would have done minimal damage.
Are you saying that the survivors fight each other to the death? If so, then why? Wouldn't it be better to try and repopulate rather than suicide?

Logic.
Yeah, the goal is to kill the Monster Souls and Sky Monsters (these ones polluted by the nuke) or some other monsters, whatever you suggest. You will also collect parts to build an Inhabitator which will repopulate Cradle.
To create an Inhabitator, you must...
- Collect 25 parts by playing
- Pass at least 1 Boss Battle
- Need 1000 Radiant Shards (Shards are common, you can inject them)
After that, you need to pass the final Arena Battle.
You need to survive 12 turns for Inhabitator to be built +3 to activate it. That makes for 15 turns. If Inhabitator will be destroyed you MUST flashback/restart/recover otherwise half of parts will be lost and all Radiant Shards will perish.
If you manage to survive the RP will be complete. Cradle will repopulate and will be restored to current state.
You can also gain parts by injecting Shards (500 Shards - 1 Inhabitator part)
I can remove Duels if you want.
