Maybe just like change the screen a bit to keep it fresh?
Move the health bar, move the vial slots, move your crown display around, etc.
just change how the things are set up to keep this fresh

I'd like to have an option to choose between old and new UI, change the size of UI, fonts and maybe optional functions to turn on/off the side panels.
