I died at the end for two reasons: the screen recorder lagged the crap out of spiral knights, and I was careless. Other than that, I probably would've beaten the level.

Alright, now for the point of the thread.

Does anyone have any good level challenges for me? I'm starting to get bored with the standard DaN and FSC missions. I tried doing prestige, but that got really repetitive and really boring pretty fast, plus HoI is, in my honest opinion, the most ragey mission in the game. I guess I could try another shadow lair, but I just spent basically 220kcr rolling for ctr on my voltedge, and got basically nothing as well as that was all the cash that I had at hand.

Any Suggestions?

Well okay. Lot of stuff you can challenge yourself with, but typically those consist of using different gear, less or no slots, etc.

Probably my favorite run of Dreams and Nightmares was a solo DVS + iron slug run that I did. Been playing slotless a lot lately and I forget if I was running health or MSI sprite perks... Regardless that final arena was hectic.

I'd say avoid using weapons that are failsafes. Pulsars, brandishes, and autoguns (to an extent) are the three main failsafes I can think of right now.

Another idea would be running through a cradle and all run on elite with normal damage weapons only. I did that a while back in valkyrie and with a grey owlite shield and it took me a while but it was very satisfying. That's also probably where I learned how amazing the cutter lines are.

Those are my suggestions for now. Keeping the same familiar loadouts will make any level "boring". Trying new things with new weapons usually brings out that learning and fun experience (ever tried going dual-status flourishes and taking on a beast arena? I have... Was tier 2 but it was super fun).

Sounds like you need better recording software. If you have an NVIDIA card you can use ShadowPlay.

If the OP is still reading this, they should learn to use irontech destroyer. It's actually not a bad bomb, but takes a lot of getting used to.

On a side note-

another fun thing thats possible

I used an alt and brought a wrench wand and a blaster to fsc
somehow I was the only one to survive the whole charred court
it was a party of vanguards (aside from me, I think the alt was knight rank at the time)
