Is fighting the snarbalox alone easier than with people
Is it just me or
Depends on your teammates really
If they know how to cooperate then teams are better if not go solo where monsters have less total HP and only focus on you.
Enemies get +33% extra base HP per party member with you. So if you have 3 people in a party they have 1.66 multiplied by whatever they'd have if you were solo as their HP. Assuming that all of the knights are either dead or doing the same damage as you in an additive fashion, as in blitz needling Vanaduke rather than shivering AND blitz needling Vanaduke, this is how it plays out mathematically:
Given a party of just you-
100% effort required
Given a party of two-
133% effort if carrying
66.5% effort if each are doing their part equally
Given a party of three-
166% if both the other players are dead weight
83% if one person is being carried
55% if all are alive + doing damage
Given a party of four-
199.00% if you are carrying 3 people
99.50% if two players are being carried
66.33% if one person is being carried
49.75% if everyone is doing damage
Ergo it is only easier to go alone if the entire party is much less capable than you, dead or are otherwise actively harming your ability to function in some greater fashion; e.g. using nitronome or polaris poorly. It's also plausible to do much, much better via some form of synergy- the prime example being vortex bombs and shivermist buster, regardless of whether you "need" the latter.
Cooperation isn't a prime concern in most parties. It's usually time conservation and about splitting up.
Which causes occasional accidents, which include but are not limited to:
People ringing the Beast Bell when Snarby is charging it's attack.
People attacking Royal Polyps.
People not electing a switch operator
Not listening when someone is telling you to stop attacking the invincible Roarmulus Twin.
Splitting up in FSC: Charred Court.
People shoving monsters into you.
People annoying your tactics.
I'm not saying that having people is annoying, I'm just saying a bunch of bad accidents that happened in parties that included me.
*cough* its always blaze his own fault *cough*

Fighting all the bosses is easier alone than with other people.
EDIT: Sorry, I should rephrase this-- when you know what to do, fighting the bosses solo is much faster than fighting them with a party. It might not be necessarily easier, but you eventually get to the point where bosses never really touch you, and it's just faster and safer to go solo.
