These are both the same card, for the same mission, but one has an exclamation mark.
One should probably be deleted, but which one?
Yes I am still on vacation. No I don't have a ton of time to do wiki things. Basically 0 time.
Always follow the naming convention in-game. So, keep the one with the exclamation point.

EDIT: as far as I know, these are the only missions that have an exclamation point in their title:
-Total Caketastrophe!
-Save Winterfest!
-Grinchlin Assault!
