Hey all! My suggestion is to include a three-ringed NPC named 'Nick'. As for the name, don't ask. Discuss!

What do you mean by "three-ringed"?

Do you mean he has three rings on his armor, he uses the developer equipment, or... What?

And what would he do? Would he be a vendor? Would he give information?

Would he always be available, or would he have to be unlocked somehow?

Is he involved in any missions?

I'm a wizard

Oh you know. That one person who acts really weird, breaking the fourth wall. Your character will think he's crazy.

I think he means a Developer

I think he means a Developer looking NPC that offers help for new and advanced players.

An NPC who wears three rings on his fingers.

As for what he's for, he informs players about the benefit of spending real-money on the game, and how he recommends all players spend at least $100 on the game. He insists not to grind crowns or perform merchanting as that is unethical.

Total crash of system. System breakdown.

You seem to have a problem, because this will discourage people and SK will lose even more people.

Make him the guy with a developer outfit offering help to beginners.
Making this guy wear three rings that aren't visible and further encouraging to spend real money is unethical.
Grinding crowns and merchandise isn't unethical.

Gah.

Don't mind Cyphereau, he's pretty much the dead sea of currently active-ish posters.

As par my usual response to these threads, please do not flood the suggestions subforum with these sort of posts. They do not help the subforum and push potentially good suggestions off the front page (which is often the only thing people look at). If you need a place to make "joke" threads, please create them in the Gremlin Chatter, General Discussion, or Arcade subforums, whichever one is best suitable.

Go ahead with this guy telling the player about the benefits of paying real money, but -1 to saying people should try to spend $100 on the game and not crown farm/merchant stuff.
