After installing spiral knight (The install at the window) i cant start the game at all
all just blank and when i try go to start task manager and end the progress and reopen still the same thing happen

What OS / video card are you on?
If it's an older computer with Intel graphics on Windows 10, it won't run due to lack of driver support.
