When is Spiral Knights having the Halloween even this is my first time ever doing one so I'm really hyped and is the Apocrea included with the Halloween event or are they separate. Thanks ^^~

they just didn't want an event going on for a full month. They'll probably start it this wednesday though.
Time - I have no idea. Nobody knows unless you get a reply from an admin, but that's unlikely. It should happen soon (sometime this month), though.
Shroud of the Apocrea isn't related to the Dark Harvest Festival. It actually happened recently already, so we won't get another for a while...
