Bad customer service Thread - 000 and their bugs

yeah so i recently lost 5000 ce when i unbound a crown of summer and the server reset. when i logged back in the crown was on the orriginal item and the ce missing.... 000 have said they have no answer for me and jus left it blank..... really terrible service if u ask me. i thought id see if anyone else these problems. anyway here is there answer they gave me

You only gave them three hours between their first reply and your latest one. They can obviously not work preemptively against these kinds of things so maybe you should give them some more time.

lol its been nearly 12 hours

lol its been nearly 12 hours now.... wtf takes them so long... 5000 ce aint just nothing. when this same thing happened to my bkc it only took them 3 hrs to fix... jus seems like a never ending story with 000, and for them to say ' we have no answer' to where my money is kinda naive in todays world where we have computers and everything is recorded. do they use at a filing system at 000 lol

OOO may not care about

OOO may not care about developing the game anymore, but they are honest people.

12 hours is not enough time to warrant this thread. Give them at least 3 days to a week to fix your problem.

wow 3 days to a week to fix something they caused.... while i lose out!!!!! what am i getting reimbersed for my time lost? cause i have done nothing and i have lost money now u say i ahve to wait for my money. wtf. is this a scam. i shouldnt have to wait more than a few hours to recoup lost funds.... if this was a bank or any other financial instution they could end up in court lol. wat a waste of time. i guess we have to screenshot every step we take in the game or else sttuff like this happenss..... srsly screen shot every step u take... boriiing... also am i able to play and interact without it interfearing with records of unbind and stuff? cause i dont need to make things harder for them than it already it is.... lol and TBH its a really easy problem to fix lol but i guess its hard for them? takes a week? lol (bad customer service)

I took a look at your ticket

I took a look at your ticket and it is still open, which means the team is working on it! We do have logs of all transactions in the game, and when items are accessorized or removed from gear.

If something very unusual has happened, it can take a bit of time for support to get back to you, because we have to put in a request with the development team to look more closely at what happened. We want them to verify what the logs are showing, and also ensure there isn't a bug that will allow this to happen again. Once support is finished, they will help you out, but you will need to be patient. Thanks!

algorithms are the solutions to any problem.

you unbound something as the server reset, and blame OOO for it? sorry, but you had that coming. server resets are announced way too many times to not notice them, you should have waited.
besides, in any game tickets are processed, and not really answered, in at least a day or two. it's phenomenal that OOO has this speed.

lol it was a random server crash. everyone in haven and server was kicked even ppl in vana and clockworks... game is broken asf and i pay the price? lol srsly u guys are funny

wat is a bigger problem than players losing 1000's of ce randomly?????????? thas a major friggen issue btw. it wud want to be sorted promptly asf!!!!!!!!!! like i said other game sor banks could end up in court lol, its not jus like spent 200ce lol also this happened to me beofre with punch a server crashed and my uvs were reset i know how all this works mate... they fixed that pretty dam quick!!!!!!!! 3 hrs!!!!!! im sick of paying of the price for broken promises and game lol but nar they do a good job lol

i give up.. everyday its another 000 drama im either banned or the game is broken. noone talkss to us and we are jus expected to support it and pump money to pay the bills... cant even unbound or trade without problems lol well ima graveyard it anyway no point leaving this crap up.
