I think, since the Dark Harvest is seemingly delayed anyway, The Devs could take this opportunity to expand the hallow line in the hallow prize boxes. I suggest the following additions:

Hallow Warden sets
Hallow Gremlin sets
Hallow Mecha knight sets
Hallow Gunner gear sets
Hallow Splash sets
Hallow Slime sets
Hallow fiend armor
More Hallow accessories (goggles, maedates, headlamps, rebreathers, monocles, top hats, and other newer accessories)

I'm not saying add all of these, but adding more variety into the hallow line of gear would certainly spice things up and maybe even encourage more players to play the event more! It is getting a little bland with the same-old-same-old combinations of costumes in haven during Halloween time.
