General information.
I own this Guild. It was created around three years ago, but never came to much fruition as far as liveliness is concerned. Decent amount of chairs, if naught else.
The Royal Jelly Palace's Echo Stone is a decent metaphor for the Guild's namesake: The Stars of the Skylark, fallen to the surface of Cradle.
At least, that's what I'm sticking with, because it's better than my thought process upon guild creation, which was "lol this sounds cool"
That said, the Guild was created with a shadowy design in mind, so if you're one for darky stuff, then its moniker might apply a bit more to ya.

Concerning regulations.
-There is no rank restriction for Members; I'm not looking to have a Guild full of handpicked elites. All I ask is for an atmosphere of community.
-The Guild is small in both Members and size. The latter is on purpose, however; I pay most of the upkeep, and as such I can only go so high as 8kcr per week after the recent update. The Guild's not gone bankrupt once, which for some odd reason I pride myself on.
-Recruits are promoted to Member ASAP. No point inviting anyone if they're not actually considered a Guild Member to begin with, is there?
-Veteran rank is earned through being active. I don't expect anyone to be on every day; I can't do it either. If you play Spiral Knights at least once, maybe twice a week, that's ok by me.
-Officer rank I'm kinda selective with. If you're on frequently, make an effort to donate at least some money despite it not being mandatory, try to recruit some, and are helpful/trustworthy, all while having earned Veteran, I'll consider promoting you. Also, you gotta be in the Discord chat.
-There's no Guild Master rank you can attain here. Sorry.

Yes, the Mist Well is sealed off. That's because it only has 1CE left in it for decoration purposes and I'm not willing to grind for 500ce to refill it if something happens.
