I think i may be at that point of just uninstalling this game since ...quite frankly it seems to be going nowhere and if anywhere ,not in a direction where i can see myself enjoying to log on .

I know some will agree and most will keep quiet ,the few that disagree with me are either in denial or just apathetic towards this game.

By all means how many cosmetics does one need ?

How often have you run the same levels ?

How many krogmo coins do you have ?

How many times have you defeated Lord Vanaduke ?

How many times have you saved the Geoknights from wolvers ?

Why do you even mine the blue and green minerals ?

How much prestige do you have ? What do you have to show for that?

Since the developers don't answer most of our questions I thought I might try asking you guys .

Rest assured that everyone

Rest assured that everyone knows the game is stagnant. You're wasting your time with this post, nothing will change.

@Kneeanderthal

The OP knows that and I must ask- would you really rather people avoid making this thread? The topic may be exhausted but it's still the freshest and most relevant thing for us to talk about when there haven't been any new changes to gear, levels, or content announced.

I'll be the optimistic guy

I'll be the optimistic guy for this thread and say the update on last Friday was sizable (checked from multiple players) and could be paving the way for something huge! HYPE

Middle ground grey.

I'll remain pessimistic and Optomistic at the same time.

I left 3 years ago and came back to find all my old and rusty shite still here.
So...kudos to them lasting so long under sega supervision. So I'm thinking there's still a future. There might be something new in he future and Three rings will abandon the horrifying leadership of sega and put some life in the game.

But if it's dying, then it better god damn die slower before I get my 5 star gear.
The future is questionable, and possibly filled with three rings beating a dead horse under the orders of sega in the form of empty cosmetics and repetitious quests.

...How'd I do?

So so Most people fail to

So so

Most people fail to realize anyways that for a new player, this game is just full of opportunities. Perhaps expecting an indie game company to supply a game that offers years worth of content is too much?

I'm kinda in the same boat as Warpmonger. Mainly just high hopes, low expectations.

Don't throw away everything you own in Spiral Knights. Like ever. At this rate the game will keep dying for the next decade or so, and it's always nice to poke you head back into the things once every few months to check out what's different. It may not be much, but it's enough to occupy a week or so of your time.

@Hippo

I believe they're Sega now, as in in house production at Sega and far from indie... But I could be wrong.
