I dont think you understand how this works
when guilds die they usually stay dead
and if there was any possibility of that one reviving you would have heard of it
but by the looks of it it appears to be another unknown dead guild that is long gone

Why Cyphereau goes off topic by creating random quotes & rules?
1. I never managed to form a big guild. Popularity Rule 1 (not Cyphereau one): No friends = no clan.
2. I don't understand Cyphereau.
